In the second quarter of 2025, several tools apps on the Android platform showed varied performance trends in Lithuania. Here's a closer look at the top five apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Google Authenticator experienced a significant rise in weekly downloads, reaching a peak of approximately 3K in early June before declining towards the end of the month. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 19K by the quarter's end.

Samsung Smart Switch Mobile saw a gradual increase in downloads, peaking at over 2K in mid-June. The app maintained a fluctuating active user base, with numbers ranging between 3K and 7K throughout the quarter.

QR & Barcode Scanner maintained steady weekly download numbers, with a slight increase to nearly 2K by the end of June. Active users, however, showed a decreasing trend, dropping from about 45K in early April to around 37K by the end of the quarter.

Google Translate maintained consistent download figures, peaking at 1.6K in mid-June. The app's active user base showed some volatility but ended the quarter with approximately 179K users.
